The big thing about any realtor is COMMUNICATION. And Larry is the best in this area. He was always available day or night, always called who he said he would, did not tolerate other agents who didn't return his calls, always called me back. Also text and email savvy. And was always able to accommodate my schedule, which wasn't always easy as I was from out of town. That is what makes him so good at what he does.
